Bright Bambini happily accepts the following payments:

Please note, all payments are subject to clearance before your purchase is dispatched. Bank deposits usually take between 1-2 working days, money orders and personal cheques can take up to 5 working days to clear.
Credit card payments are the fastest way to pay, with your payment clearing instantly.

Returns

At Bright Bambini our returns policy is quite simple. We are proud of our products and want you and your little bambini to be fully satisfied. If your expectations are not met for any reason and you wish to return or exchange an unused item, you may mail it back within fourteen (14) days of receipt.
Returned items must be:

• in a new and unused condition with all accessories and tags;
• in original packaging;

It is important that you insure the whole value of the package. This protects you in case the package is damaged or lost during delivery. Remember, we can only exchange or refund you for items received back in our store. Post the package pre-paid to:

Please retain your postal and insurance receipts. Credit in the amount of the purchase price, excluding shipping, will be issued to you in the same account as used in the original purchase.
